Combat style
Energy powers attacks that build toward finishing moves. Poisons, interruption and control abilities add choices beyond a simple sequence of damage attacks, especially when the situation changes unexpectedly.
Roles and trees
Assassination develops poison and dagger-oriented interactions, Combat focuses on sustained weapon fighting, and Subtlety expands stealth and tactical control. Each remains part of the same historical point-tree class.
Playing this patch
Check actual weapon and prerequisite requirements before copying a build. The calculator validates talent points, while encounter planning and equipment selection still require decisions outside the tree.
