Turn herbs into potions and elixirs for your next adventure. Alchemists prepare supplies for their party and transmute selected materials into other useful ingredients.

Alchemy

A recipe tells you which herbs and other ingredients you need. Herbalism makes it easier to supply your workshop, but materials can also come from other players. Before preparing a stock of potions or elixirs, compare their effects in the item descriptions.

Alchemy is useful when preparing for longer adventures. Learn recipes that meet the needs of your character and group rather than making every available item. Transmutation is a separate part of the craft, turning particular materials into others.

Getting started

  1. Learn recipes available to your character from a trainer.

  2. Gather the specified herbs and other ingredients.

  3. Choose a potion or elixir from your Alchemy list and prepare the supplies you need.
