Titan Reforged is a verified regional service in China. Its own class and racial changes prevent treating it as ordinary original WotLK.
Official Chinese announcements describe a Wrath Classic foundation followed by regional updates. Class and racial changes give familiar characters different options. These sources confirm the Chinese service; availability in EU or US remains unverified.
A regional calculator needs the regional branch, phase, client and balance data. Original Stoneform or another familiar spell cannot be reused when a regional update changes its effects.
