Historical context
Burning Crusade Classic was the Outland period of Classic progression. Its historical client and phases are distinct from the newer Anniversary service.
This period continued the Classic character journey through the reopened Dark Portal. Its later progression does not erase the value of a dated ruleset for archived characters and builds.
Talent ranks and requirements need the original Classic source revision. A matching expansion title cannot replace a client and phase comparison.
