Dwarf
World of Warcraft: Forever
In ages past the dwarves cared only for riches taken from the earth's depths. Then records surfaced of a god-like race said to have given the dwarves life... and an enchanted birthright. Driven to learn more, the dwarves devoted themselves to the pursuit of lost artifacts and ancient knowledge. Today dwarven archaeologists are scattered throughout the globe.
History
Dwarven history brings together ancient origins, rival clans and steadfast alliances. The search for traces of the titans gives their expeditions a personal purpose: understanding the past also means learning where their own people began.
Culture
Craftsmanship, endurance and curiosity run through dwarven society. A reliable tool, a mountain journey and a discovery brought home from a distant ruin can each earn the respect of a community that values skill and persistence.
Origins and homeland
The dwarves of Ironforge make their home in the mountains of Khaz Modan. Snowy Dun Morogh surrounds a city carved into stone, where the warmth of the Great Forge meets the cold of the high passes.
