Kul Tiras grew from settlers and explorers who made a home across the sea. Its ships became renowned far beyond the islands, tying the kingdom’s fortunes to voyages, alliances and the responsibility of defending its coasts.

Culture

Sailors, shipwrights and trading families give Kul Tiran society a strong maritime character. Local customs also differ across its lands, from the spiritual traditions of Stormsong to the old stories carried through Drustvar.

Origins and homeland

Kul Tiras brings together the harbours of Tiragarde Sound, the fields of Stormsong Valley and the wooded hills of Drustvar. Boralus links those regions to the wider world through docks shaped by generations of seafaring.
